What a fun idea! Beautifully presented! Gosh that lemon curd is so fresh, tangy and sharp. The sponge was light and 'creamy.' The buttercream was on the sweet side but again creamy and balanced by the lemon. One judge said how it was such fun and made you feel naughty! It is a real 'digging in' and spooning indulgent cake! A simple yet characterful idea!

Cake in a jar was an idea Abby came up with back in 2017 when supplying tasters to her clients.
Abby had her own business developing cake recipes as well as creating anything you could imagine out of cake. Jack was there for the whole ride, although he wasn’t a cake maker.
After leaving the London cake business behind and moving to Shropshire. We decided to team up properly and make cake jars in our new hometown of Ludlow.
We dived in the deep end acquiring a commercial unit in the centre of Ludlow (round the corner from the famous Feathers hotel) and have made it our own… A purpose built cake jar making facility.

Cake jars can be posted anywhere in the UK for next day delivery, they make the perfect gift for all occasions and they last 7-10 days in the jar!
You’ll find us selling cake jars on markets and via our online cake shop.
We also supply weddings with unique wedding favours or jar wedding cakes as well as supplying other private/corporate events.
